The client
A U.S. environmental services company, Nasdaq-listed, under $150M market cap. It had growing revenue and no analyst coverage.
The problem
The company was trading about 40,000 shares a day, too thin for most funds to build a position. It had about 1,800 retail holders and planned to raise capital within six months. Management believed the market didn’t know the story.
What we did
- Built a campaign landing page with a 90-second CEO video, a one-page fact sheet and filings links.
- Produced 46 ad variants across Google, X and finance apps, refreshed weekly.
- Ran three CEO webinars and featured the company in our investor newsletter, with full payment disclosure.
- Briefed our broker network using only public information.
Results during the campaign
Compared with the 90 days before.
- Average daily volume rose from ~40,000 to ~185,000 shares.
- New beneficial shareholders: ~6,200 (from shareholder-list data).
- Landing-page visitors: 212,000; investor deck downloads: 9,400.
- Webinar registrants: 2,750; investor meetings requested: 41.
- The company completed a $12M offering, which management described as oversubscribed.
Market context
The company’s share price rose during the campaign period. Over the same period it announced a $30M municipal contract, and the small-cap index rose 9%. Share prices reflect many factors outside our control, and we do not claim our campaign caused any price movement. Across our campaigns from 2023 to 2025, the median increase in average daily volume was about 2.4x. Results vary by company.
